= Part I Introductory =
== S1. Barring Order: definition ==
# For the purposes of this act, a barring order is defined as--
## a penalty order for disorder which is issued by a constable to an individual or organisation, which;
## demands the issued person vacates the City of Stormwind immediately, and;
## demands the issued person does not return to the City of Stormwind for a maximum period of up to three days.
# For the purposes of this act, a barred person is defined as--
## a person who has been issued a barring order that has not expired, or;
## a person who belongs to, professes to belong to, or is suspected of belonging to a barred organisation.
# For the purposes of this act, a barred organisation is defined as--
## an organisation that has been issued a barring order that has not expired.

= Part II Issuing and Appealing a Barring Order =
# S2. Issuing a Barring Order
# A constable of grade non-commissioned officer (bronze command) or above may issue a barring order, for any term not exceeding three (3) days, proportionate to the offence, and only with authority from a constable of grade commissioned officer (silver command) or above.
# A barring order may only be issued to a person or organisation who a constable has reasonable suspicion to believe is engaged in, has engaged in, or is suspected of having engaged in an act which;
## involves the use of, or threat of unlawful violence toward another person, with such conduct as would cause a reasonable person of sound mind present at the scene to fear for their personal safety, and with substantial risk of physical injury being caused to others in a public place.

== S3. Appealing a Barring Order ==
# An issued person or issued organisation may appeal a barring order by;
## submitting a written appeal to the Office of Justice; or
## submitting an appeal in person by proxy via their chosen advocate.
# A submitted appeal will be reviewed by a magistrate within 24 hours and a response will be issued to the appealer.

= Part III Offences Related to a Barring Order =
== S4. Violating a Barring Order ==
# A person is guilty of the offence of Violating a Barring Order if he is a barred person and enters the City of Stormwind.
# If a person is charged under section 4.1 because it is believed that section 1.2b applies, then it is a defence for that person to prove that they do not belong to that barred organisation.
# A person guilty of Violating a Barring Order shall be liable on summary conviction to--
## corporal punishment not exeeding ten (10) lashes; and
## ejection from the City of Stormwind.
